DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

This delivery and returns policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://www.giftinthebag.ie/terms-and-conditions/.

Please carefully review our delivery and returns policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. We will contact you once your order is ready to organise a date and time for collection.

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

  • One gift bag purchased - Delivery via An Post tracked postage, 2-3 business days: €6
  • Multiple gift bags purchased - Delivery via An Post tracked postage, 2-3 business days: €8

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

Once your ordered is fulfilled, we will contact you to confirm by email and provide a tracking number.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.


ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We ship to addresses in the Republic of Ireland only.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.


RETURNS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


RETURNS ELLIGIBILITY

All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at giftinthebag@gmail.com to discuss any issues with the product received, and signal your intent to submit a return. Assuming your order qualifies for return, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address: Gift in the Bag, 3 The Drive, Moyglare Hall, Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland, W23FR68.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items not in their original packaging or resellable state
