1. What comes in a gift bag?
A detailed description of each gift bag's contents is available in the dedicated product page for that particular bag. Visuals of the contents - showcasing product variants, size, etc - can also be seen by scrolling through the associated images.
2. Can I choose to edit the contents of a set bag?
Yes, we are happy to make adjustments if there are certain products you wish to include / exclude. Please note that each of our set bags are optimised for price and value for the customer, which we will aim to retain in the case of changes being made.
3. How does the bespoke option work?
Sometimes, our set gift bag options won't be a perfect match. Sometimes, you won't even know quite what you're looking for. No problem. Our "Custom Craft" option gives you the control. You set your budget, and guide us with any preferences you or the recipient may have. We'll take care of the rest, and make sure you are 100% satisfied with what you're buying before you need to proceed with payment.
4. How can I be sure of the product quality in a gift bag?
We carefully select each brand we partner with, choosing only the highest quality products for inclusion in our gift bags. We test each and every product ourselves, ensuring that every flavour, aroma and sensation provides the best possible experience for our customers and their loved ones.

5. How can I be sure the payment options on site are secure?
Our website is built on the platform of one of the largest website service providers in Ireland, protected by SSL and HTTPS internet protocols to provide a robust and secure ecommerce platform. We integrate Stripe payment services in our checkout - the largest global fintech platform available - giving you maximum flexibility and security with your purchase .
6. How are the gift bags packaged?
Each gift bag comes beautifully presented in our elegant style, carefully protected by eco-friendly shipping materials, and ready for gifting as-is. You may wish choose to ship to the recipient directly. If so, please let us know if you would like to include a note.
7. If I choose the "Click & collect" option, how will I know when to collect?
Upon confirmation of purchase, we will reach out to you to organise a date and time for collection that suits you best.
8. Will I be able to track my order?
If you choose the "Tracked post" option during checkout, your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days, and an An Post tracking number will be provided to you upon confirmation of order fulfillment.
9. Do you offer international shipping?
We ship within the Republic of Ireland only.
10. What happens if I miss an attempted delivery?
We defer to the process of An Post, which will likely involve contacting them to request another delivery, or collection from their parcel depot. Please contact us if you are having any trouble, and we'll be happy to support.
Returns, issues and support
11. I got the wrong gift bag - can it be returned?
If you made an incorrect purchase, our support team will be on standby to help, facilitating return of the incorrect bag and shipment of the correct one. In the unlikely event that an error was made on our side, all additional postage costs will be covered by us.
12. What if there's another problem? Can I get my money back?
We run our business on a foundation of trust, and pride ourselves on the highest quality of product and service. If you or your loved one are unsatisfied with the gift you have purchased, please get in touch to coordinate a return. Once the gift bag has been received, we will refund you in full for all items in their original state.
